Kentucky attorney Mike Hamilton joined the Health Ranger Mike Adams on the “Health Ranger Report” to talk about unconstitutional vaccine mandates. He said on the Brighteon.TV program’s Dec. 2 episode that the battle against these mandates encompasses both legal and spiritual fronts.

Hamilton told Adams that he was active in lawsuits involving the defense of Americans’ health freedom from tyrannical mandates. The Kentucky lawyer is serving as co-counsel for these suits alongside Ohio lawyer and Brighteon.TV host Tom Renz. “I’ve been able to work with Tom on some of that stuff,” Hamilton said.

One such case involves America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), which is suing Health Secretary Xavier Becerra. The July 2021 lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama named the secretary and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as defendants.

The suit filed by AFLDS and other plaintiffs sought an injunction to prevent the emergency approval of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines for three sectors of the population – Americans under the age of 18, those who recovered from a bout of COVID-19 and those wishing to decline the vaccine under informed consent.

“We’ve attacked the executive orders (EOs), and there’s been some traction in some other states. The EOs are a legislative move by the executive branch, so it’s unconstitutional. And of course, mandating [COVID-19 vaccines] violates bodily integrity – which is a fundamental liberty protected by the constitution,” Hamilton said.

“It’s a sort of an attempt by Biden to sidestep the Constitution with a legislative action, so that he can violate people’s constitutional liberties and allow these criminals to injure people.”

Hamilton had also set his sights on vaccine makers. “We’ve gone after the vaccine manufacturers. [We] know they’re not vaccines, and we’ve talked about misbranding in [one of] our [complaints]. Misbranding is a criminal offense,” he said.

“We think that Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson have engaged in misbranding … [and] adulteration. They’ve called these ‘vaccines’ something they aren’t. They put things in [the vaccines] that are harmful.”

Fight against vaccines also covers the spiritual front

“The real issue – and the No. 1 issue in my view – is the right to bodily integrity. You have the right to own your own body, you can say what goes into it. If you look at the cases the Supreme Court has affirmed – they say [on one hand,] bodily integrity is so important that you can execute a child who’s still in the womb. But on the other hand, it’s so meaningless that we can stick you with an experimental gene therapy without your informed consent. That makes no sense whatsoever,” Hamilton said.

He told Adams that the government has a financial interest in the vaccines.

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a financial interest, the National Institutes of Health, Fauci – they have a deep-vested financial interest in everything, from Moderna stock to royalties. They’ve got patents and so they’re all making money. [But] I don’t think that’s the only thing they care about. I believe that their agenda is far more than how much money they can make,” Hamilton said.

“The legal battle is a way to fight this war, [but] it’s ultimately not a legal war. I would say we’re in a spiritual battle.”

The Health Ranger said: “I don’t think we’ve ever seen a legal effort that needs to be directed at what can only be described as a cabal of complicit institutions – Big Tech, Big Media, Big Government, Big Pharma – all working together to mislead people to commit fraud that induces great harm.”

Hamilton agreed. “There’s no question about that. I mean, we’re up against people with massive resources, people who have a long term plan, people who have been working this plan for a long time,” he said.

Despite this, the Kentucky lawyer remains optimistic. “I talked to somebody not too long ago and he said: ‘Man, your opponents here have more money than God.’ And I said: ‘Actually, the one thing that I take heart [from] is that they don’t. They have massive resources, but they don’t have more money than God.'”

“No one has anything compared to the power of God once He decides to intervene,” Adams said in agreement.
