Eric Trump has shared a video showing his wife's clutch purse emblazoned with 'FJB,' an abbreviation for a crude insult against President Joe Biden.

The son of the former president posted the video to Instagram on Friday, showing a humorous sticker blaming Biden for higher prices at the gas pump at a Marathon station.

The sticker shows an image of Biden pointing to the sales total on the pump, with the caption 'I did that!' in a reference to criticism the president has faced over soaring gas prices and inflation.

It's unclear whether Eric placed the sticker or merely spotted it while filling up

The video, which features the song Lets Go Brandon by Loza Alexander, pans from the gas pump to the vehicle, where Lara Trump is seen sitting in the passenger seat shaking her head.

Next to her is a small clutch purse that is decorated with the anti-Biden slogan in what appears to be crystals or rhinestones.

It's unclear exactly when or where the video was shot. Last year, the couple spent $3.2 million on a mansion in Jupiter, Florida.

The home is in the exclusive gated community of Trump National Golf Club, which is next to another gated community where Don Trump Jr and his girlfriend, former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle, live.

Biden has faced persistent criticism over inflation and gas prices, which show no signs of decreasing after oil prices spiked this week over tensions between Ukraine and Russia.

New data on Thursday showed that gas prices were up 40 percent in January from a year ago, after rising 2.5 percent just since December.

As of Saturday, the national average price of regular unleaded gas was $3.482, according to the AAA Gas Price Index

Concerns that Russia will react to potential Western sanctions by withholding crude oil from the already tight global market has put heavy upward pressure on prices.

'This shows how events on the other side of the globe can have a noticeable impact right here in the U.S,' said Andrew Gross, AAA spokesperson, in a statement this week.

'And unfortunately for drivers, they are reminded of this by higher prices at the pump,' he added.

On Thursday, the Labor Department reported that year-on-year inflation hit 7.5 percent in January - its highest level since 1982.

Biden released a statement acknowledging the 'elevated' numbers .

'While today's report is elevated, forecasters continue to project inflation easing substantially by the end of 2022,' he said

'And fortunately we saw positive real wage growth last month, and moderation in auto prices, which have made up about a quarter of headline inflation over the last year. We separately saw good news with new unemployment claims continuing to decline.

'That's a sign of the real progress we've made in getting Americans back to work over the last year.

'My administration will continue to be all hands on deck to win this fight. We will continue to rebuild our infrastructure and manufacturing, so we can make more in America and strengthen our supply chains here at home.

'We will continue to fight for costs in areas that have held back families and working people for decades, from prescription drugs to child care and elder care to their energy costs. And we will continue to promote more competition to make our markets more competitive and give consumers more choices,' the president added.
