Blood Donor Turned Away Because HE Refused To Answer If HE Was Pregnant, A Signal Of The Insanity Of Modern Gender Ideology

Leslie Sinclair has been a committed donor who has given over 100 pints of blood in the last five decades, but he was recently turned away from donating blood for refusing to answer if he had been pregnant.

On his most recent trip to the Albert Halls clinic in Stirling, Scotland, Mr. Sinclair was prohibited from donating after he refused to answer a question on a form asking if he was pregnant. As a man in his 60s, the question is nonsensical in many ways.

Sinclair said the clinic staff indicated they could not accept his blood unless he responded to that question. The staff argued that it is not always clear if someone is pregnant, and the policy is in place to “promote inclusiveness.”

The national health policy states that pregnant women or those with a baby not yet six months old are not allowed to give blood.

Sinclair argued that there had never been an issue with donating blood, something he has done for more than four decades.

In an interview, he told The Daily Mail, “There is always a form to fill in, and that’s fine… they tend to ask about medical conditions or diseases… to be safe.”

“This time around, there was a question I hadn’t seen before: ‘Are you pregnant, or have you been in the last six months?’ which required a yes or no answer.,” he continued.

“It is nonsensical, and it makes me angry because there are vulnerable people waiting for blood, including children, and in desperate need of help. But they’ve been denied my blood because of the obligation to answer a question that can’t possibly be answered.”

The director of the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service, Marc Turner, said: “We appreciate the support of each and every one of our donor community and thank Mr. Sinclair for his commitment over a long number of years.”

“Whilst pregnancy is only a relevant question to those whose biological sex or sex assigned at birth is female, sex assigned at birth is not always visually clear to staff.”

“As a public body, we take cognizance of changes in society around how such questions may be asked without discrimination and have a duty to promote inclusiveness. Therefore all donors are now asked the same questions.”

The ridiculous question is now pervasive throughout the U.K. as part of the region’s efforts to be “inclusive.”

For example, The Telegraph reported recently that men undergoing scans related to cancer treatments at NHS trusts in England are being asked if they are pregnant before the procedure is initiated.

The male cancer patients or anyone having X-Rays and MRI scans are being asked if they could be pregnant after the Government removed the word “female” and replaced it with “individuals.”

According to the report, The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool now asks “ALL patients under the age of 60, regardless of how you may identify your gender.”

The report also noted that the British Department of Health updated the regulations in 2017 and changed the wording surrounding those being treated for healthcare concerns from “females of childbearing age” to “individuals of childbearing potential.”

NHS guidance states that patients can change their name and gender on their official documents without going through the legal process or any medical intervention before making the change.

While this is happening in Europe, it is only a matter of time before this becomes standard practice in the United States.

This year at Michigan State University, graduates were given more than a dozen options to identify their pronouns and gender on a graduation form.

Under the new, radical gender ideology increasingly embraced by the Left, men can become pregnant. As the trend grows, biological women often identify as men while retaining their ability to get pregnant.

Apple, Google, and Microsoft have all established their belief that men can become pregnant by adopting versions of the “pregnant man emoji” that was approved last year by the Unicode Consortium as part of Emoji 14.0
