Joe Rogan didn’t hold back when he compared leftist billionaire George Soros to an “evil” villain in a superhero movie and said it’s almost like Soros wants “crime to flourish” when he supports soft-on crime district attorneys.
During Spotify’s “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast on Wednesday, the host was speaking with former CIA covert operations officer Mike Baker about how it seems, to him, like Soros “funds corrosion” across America.
“I had a conversation with the [Republican] Governor of Texas about him [Soros], with Greg Abbott, where he was explaining to me what George Soros does,” Rogan began.
“And it’s f***ing terrifying that he donates money to a very progressive, very leftist, whether it’s a DA or whatever politician and then funds someone who’s even further Left than them to go against them,” he added. “And then just keeps moving it along. So, he’s playing like a global game.”
“That’s what’s scary,” the podcast host continued. “It seems like he funds corrosion. It’s like he wants these cities to fall apart. He wants crime to flourish. It’s almost like he’s an evil person in a ‘Batman’ movie.”

Baker agreed with the host and said the Democratic donor “understood early on where you wanted to seize power, right?”
“We sometimes think a senator, that’s the pinnacle of success,’ well, it’s not, really,” the former CIA covert operative argued. “It’s the DAs, and it’s the state-level politicians. That’s where real change occurs and where things can happen.”
Rogan admitted that it’s “all very weird” what Soros does and said he “has obviously been involved in politics at a very high level for decades and decades, and it seems like it’s his fun little game.”
Baker replied that leftist billionaire donor “likes being the puppet master, he likes pulling strings, he likes having that influence and that impact.”
Later, Rogan noted the way Soros is “uniquely public about it.” He then wondered aloud exactly what Soros’ “endgame” was and said, “when does he wrap this f***ing project up?”
