Video that’s gone viral online highlights the alarmingly favorable bias of the legacy media, specifically CNN, toward Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democrat’s 2024 presidential nominee.

The video, which was cut by The Washington Free Beacon, splices together clips from two interviews conducted by CNN’s Dana Bash: one of Bash interviewing Harris and Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), and the other with Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), the GOP’s VP nominee.

“Watch this video and see if you can spot the difference between how CNN treated [JD Vance] versus how they treated Kamala and Walz,” GOP strategist Andrew Surabian commented. “How can any honest journalist defend this?”

The video shows Bash pressing Vance with biased questions and focusing on comments the senator made even before he entered politics. But when Bash is interviewing Harris, the CNN anchor uses a softer tone, does not follow up, and even prefaces her questions with possible answers for Harris to choose from.

The video was posted mere hours ago, and has already racked up 1.5 million views and thousands of comments.

“Behind her back, Dana Bash’s colleagues in the media have been savaging her performance in the Harris interview – and for good reason,” Luke Thompson revealed. “It was an exercise in hackery. Yet Harris still somehow botched a softball interview.”

“There is no media bias in the way Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are treated vs. the way JD Vance and President Trump are treated,” Jason Miller sarcastically reacted. “None whatsoever.”

“This video is pretty damning,” Philip Klein commented. “There’s just a dramatic difference between how she argued with Vance and the kid gloves approach with Harris and Walz.”

“This is an incredible video showing just how combative and dismissive Bash was with Vance, 1:1, versus how effusive and easy she was with Kamala/Walz, 2:1,” Geoffrey Ingersoll said.
