Stacey Plaskett (D-Virgin Islands), the Democrat delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives, had a meltdown this week while speaking to the Select Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government about the growing calls for the Department of Education and other federal agencies to be abolished.
In her lengthy screed before the subcommittee, Plaskett tried to argue that keeping intact agencies like the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is absolutely necessary to stop Americans who are white, Christian, and / or support Donald Trump for president from achieving their goals.
"What is the point of this subcommittee?" Plaskett asked in frustration. "Because it's necessary for the public and the media to hear, to try and provide cover for the eradication for the Department of Justice and the FBI."
"We are having these hearings so that you become immune, you become inured to the notion of the removal of the FBI and DOJ so that those agencies are no longer there to serve as a check against white nationalism, great replacement theorists, Christian nationalists, white fragility, fascists, and the twice-impeached convicted felon, former president and would-be dictator Donald Trump."
Will the DOJ and FBI get disbanded under Trump?
Plaskett clearly did not realize that she said the quiet part out loud, accidentally, in trying to argue that the DOJ and FBI need to stay. She revealed to the world that the DOJ and the FBI have, in fact, been weaponized against certain Americans in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Perhaps the reason why Plaskett revealed these truths so openly is because she and her ilk no longer fear the wrath of We the People. Or perhaps Plaskett simply does not care what Americans know about these corrupt federal agencies because she is sure they will remain intact regardless.
"That was no accident," someone suggested on Twitter / X about Plaskett's open revelations about how the DOJ and FBI operate. "They just know they don't have to hide it anymore."
"They don't even hide it anymore," wrote another. "They honestly believe they have the moral right to do it."
Others questioned what Plaskett means by "white fragility" seeing as how she and other non-whites seem to be the most fragile when it comes to not getting what they want, politically speaking.
Plaskett, by the way, is the same corrupt politician who on live television speaking to MSNBC called for Trump to be shot:
"Isn't this the same lady that 'requested' recusal from the Epstein victims' charges against her?" asked another X user about Plaskett. "Isn't this the same lady that 'worked' with Epstein's tax and political fixer?"
"Isn't this the same lady that 'accepted' donations from Epstein while knowing of his criminal activities? Isn't this the same lady that 'headed' to close regulatory gaps and provide regulatory authority over digital commodities that were then regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)? By the way ... it is."
